We provide CAT A/B office space heating, educational/SEN school space heating, warehouse/workshop space heating, hotel/leisure space heating, care home heating, and healthcare space heating. Other aspects include radiators, ceiling radiant panels, gas radiant heating, underfloor heating, fan convectors, fan coil units, boiler room, plant room installations, flue installations, on/off site pipework fabrications, testing, commissioning, and water treatment.

Heating Systems

CAT A/B office space cooling, data communication room cooling, warehouse/workshop cooling, hotel/leisure cooling, healthcare cooling. Chillers, chilled beam installations, fan coil unit installations, plant room installations, on/off pipework fabrications, testing, commissioning and water treatment.

Chilled Water Systems

We can help with compressed installations to warehouses, factories, garages, manufacturing facilities, workshops. And provide air compressors, filters, airlines, and galvanised pipework.

Compressed Air

Gas Safe installations, testing and purging to ICPN1 & IGE/UP1A, to all forms of commercial and industrial buildings. We can install at workshops, warehouses, schools, boiler rooms and plant rooms, whilst providing flue installations and gas proving installations.

Gas

Air conditioning for office space, data communications, warehouses and factories utilising VRF, VRV, hybrid cooling and single split system cooling system. We have access to a large range of suppliers including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Toshiba, Samsung and Panasonic.

Air Conditioning

Our building management systems provide energy efficient monitoring and operation of all major heating, cooling and ventilation plant and equipment. Including plant control, time control, external monitoring and plant failure alarm monitoring.

Building Management Systems

We supply and install all forms of ventilation within the commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors. We cover ductwork, heat recovery units, air handling units, fan coil units, grilles/diffusers, louvres. We can assist with supply ventilation, general extract ventilation, toilet extract ventilation, natural ventilation, heat recovery ventilation, special exhaust ventilation (i.e. fume cupboards), kitchen ventilation, extract fans, supply fans, fire/smoke damper installations and commissioning, and smoke ventilation.

Ventilation

General/emergency/bespoke/external. We can help provide lighting installations for CAT A/B for offices, and supply educational/SEN schools, warehouses/workshops, hotels/leisure, care homes. Services include lighting control, car park lighting, and external building mounted lighting. We can also help with surface mounted internal lighting, ceiling grid mounted internal lighting, emergency lighting, bespoke feature lighting (both wall and ceiling mounted), pendant lighting, and daylight energy saving lighting control.

CAT A/B office space cooling, data communication room cooling, warehouse/workshop cooling, hotel/leisure cooling, healthcare cooling. Chillers, chilled beam installations, fan coil unit installations, plant room installations, on/off pipework fabrications, testing, commissioning and water treatment.

Security/CCTV

We provide fire alarms for CAT A/B office, educational/SEN school, warehouse/workshop, hotel/leisure, and care homes. Our services include fire alarm installation and testing, void detection, category L1, L2 and L3 installations, break glasses, sounders, beacons, sounder beacons, external monitoring via Redcare facility, and fire alarm cabling and containment.

Fire Alarms

Our security services include intruder installations, CCTV, cameras, key fobs, alarm systems, dead locks, testing and commissioning, remote monitoring, and intercom systems.

Access Control

We offer electrical installations for CAT A/B office space, educational/SEN schools, warehouses/workshops, hotels/leisure and care homes. We can provide low voltage (LV) small power installations – mechanical power supplies, singles cabling, twin and earth cabling, trunking, ladder rack, basket, tray and conduit containment installations. We can also install armoured cable installations, power points, electric valve charging points, and provide live and dead testing.

LV Electrical Installations

Cat 5, Cat 5a, Cat 6, Cat 6a and CAT 7 data cable installations to all forms of CAT A/B office spaces, schools, warehouse, factories and retail units. We offer data cabinet installations, output testing, labelling and terminations, and containment installations.
